Kevin Haley
President, Category Management and Innovation, Under Armour

Kevin Haley is responsible for internally and externally driving the Under Armour’s innovation practices, and is in charge of the state-of-the-art Innovation Lab. Prior to his current role, he served as the Senior Vice President of Consumer Insights, providing strategic and actionable insights from the consumer to all Under Armour business units. In addition, Kevin worked to identify the Under Armour consumer, as well as his or her wants and needs, enabling the company to expand as a brand while staying true to its roots of athlete-driven innovation.

Kevin is credited with building the Under Armour legal department when he joined the team in 2005 as the first in-house General Counsel. He was promoted to Vice President, General Counsel in 2006 and later served as Senior Vice President of Sports Marketing in 2007. In addition to his experience at Under Armour, Mr. Haley was an attorney in private practice, and also served in various capacities in the Securities and Exchange Commission, including Branch Chief of the Financial Fraud Task Force.

Kevin graduated from Princeton University with honors in 1992 and was twice voted track and field team captain. He received his law degree from the University of Virginia School of Law in 1996. In addition to spending time with his wife and six children, Mr. Haley also enjoys fishing, water-skiing, and training.
