Scott Blackburn

In his role at McKinsey, Blackburn focuses on the public sector, healthcare, technology and large-scale transformation. He previously led transformation efforts at the Department of Veterans Affairs, with roles including Interim Deputy Secretary (COO) and Chief Information Officer. Prior to his time at the VA, Blackburn served as an Armor and Signal Corps officer in the Army. Blackburn is a graduate of M.I.T. and holds an MBA from Harvard Business School.
