Joe is responsible for database management, donor outreach, and development support for the Concussion Legacy Foundation. He joined the team as a development coordinator in July 2019 after holding the same position with United Hospice of Rockland (UHR) in New City, NY.
While with UHR, Joe was responsible for organizing and implementing fundraising efforts, cultivating donor relationships, and coordinating events as a chair on multiple event committees. Prior to that, Joe interned with the Hudson Valley Renegades MiLB team and later became Director of Promotions for the Charleston RiverDogs, the Class-A Affiliate of the New York Yankees. Joe was responsible for the planning and execution of all in-stadium promotions for home games and events. His promotions were picked up by national media outlets including ESPN, USA Today, Washington Post, and Sports Illustrated and earned a nomination for a MiLB Golden Bobblehead.
Joe graduated from Hofstra University with a BBA in Marketing and a minor in Psychology. His work at the Concussion Legacy Foundation connects his interests and passions in both non-profit fundraising and the sports industry. He is pleased to advance research and awareness about concussions and the long-term effects of head trauma.
