Team Up Walks

The Team Up Walk Challenge has become a core component of our military programs, Project Enlist Canada™, and we are excited to expand this offering to all Canadians.

Join the Team Up Walk Challenge!

We understand that the path to better brain health and overall well-being can be challenging – especially for our Veterans. That’s why we launched the #TeamUpWalk campaign in 2024, a simple and powerful way to prioritize your health while building community with others who understand your journey.

Since 2024, over 100 Canadian Veterans, caregivers, and allies have participated across two campaigns. Now, we’re going bigger and we’re making it easier than ever to participate. No more tracking distance. No more restrictions on trackable activities.

The 2025 Fall/Winter Team Up Challenge invites all Canadians to move 20 minutes a day with us from November 12, 2025 to January 31, 2026. Whether it’s a stroll, hike, bike, stretch, or yoga class, every minute counts toward health, community, and connection.

What is the Team Up Walk Challenge?

The Team Up Walk Challenge is all about supporting Veterans, first responders, caregivers, family members, allies, and brain injured Canadians by promoting both mental and physical health through daily movement. Completing a daily walk or movement of any kind not only gets your body moving but also enhances brain function, improves mood, and helps reduce stress—key benefits that can make a huge difference in your everyday life.

When we move together, we show that no Veteran, first responder, caregiver, family member, or brain injured Canadian is ever truly alone in their fight.
