The CLF HelpLine is a free, personalized service for Arizona State Sun Devils Alumni fighting long-term symptoms of concussion, CTE, or related neurological disorders.

This resource referral service is provided with support and input from ASU Athletics, Sun Devil Letterwinners, and CLF ambassadors, including football alumni D.J. Foster ’16, Kevin Miniefield ’93, and Bo Moos ’12.

If you or a loved one are concerned about suspected CTE, are struggling with lingering symptoms, or suffered a recent concussion, we want to hear from you.

The Concussion Legacy Foundation is a nonprofit organization founded in 2007 to support athletes, veterans, and all affected by concussions and CTE. The CLF HelpLine launched in 2019 and has provided free resources to more than 8,000 families worldwide.

CLF is proud to partner with ASU Athletics and Sun Devil Letterwinners to encourage open dialogue between former teammates and remove potential barriers to seeking care.

This service is available to all players and families affiliated with ASU’s 24 varsity sports and honors the memory of the seven former Sun Devils diagnosed with CTE to date: Larry Facchine ’64Jason Franklin ’18Benjamin Hawkins ’66Jamaar Jarrett ’11John Henry Johnson ’53Charles Mackey ’56, and Frederick McClelland ’83.
