Prior to her role at NAVREF, Romanoff served as Executive Vice President at the Elizabeth Dole Foundation. Before that, she worked at America’s Health Insurance Plans (AHIP) as Executive Director for Prevention and Population Health. From 2010 to 2017, Romanoff worked for the VA in a variety of roles, including eventually serving as Director of Strategic Partnership Operations. Romanoff was a Fulbright Scholar and a Presidential Management Fellow, and held multiple positions in the State Department prior to her time at the VA. She holds Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from Carnegie Mellon University.
